"Green Performance” is the Pirelli philosophy that allows it to create environmentally friendly tyres. The Pirelli P7 Cinturato has been designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible, both during production and when in use. The tyre has a range of features that ensure high performance, driving precision and an enjoyable driving experience. The model is an excellent choice for drivers who favour a sporty style of driving and value high performance specifications alongside safety on the road.

The model has been produced using an innovative hybrid material, which ensures lower tread wear and greater resistance to mechanical damage. This means that drivers can enjoy the full range of performance features of the Pirelli P7 Cinturato for longer and the tyre maintains its specifications at any speed. The tread pattern with its characteristic block layout reduces rolling resistance (resulting in lower fuel consumption) as well as tyre noise. The reinforced shoulders and blocks in the central part of the tread ensure excellent grip during sudden manoeuvres and when negotiating corners. They are also responsible for excellent steerability and problem-free lane stability. Wide longitudinal grooves meanwhile provide good water dispersal, which is especially important when driving in rain as it protects the car against skidding and minimises the risk of aquaplaning.

The P7 Cinturato is the first Pirelli tyre designed as part of the "Green Performance” project. According to the description of the range, the model limits its negative impact on the environment, whilst maintaining its safety parameters and optimal performance specifications. Pirelli is an Italian company, the fifth largest tyre manufacturer in the world. It is particularly well known for its tyres for sports cars. The company has its headquarters in Milan, the city where it was established in 1872.

Cinturato P7 Reviews

I've had these on since my car was new I've went through 6 tyres in total and covered 106000 miles at the moment they are the run flats too.... These are probably my favrioute tyre for all round performance I've used that's why I keep using them.

These came with my brand new Audi A4, so conditions for the tyres couldn't be much better. They're a good tyre, it just feels like they wear down too quick. The grip has been great although as you'd expect the car has slid about a bit more recently as the tyres have worn down. If they lasted longer I would probably buy again. I'm not a gentle driver, but I have driven this car like my previous two and the tyres (different makes) didn't wear down this quick. In the ten months I've been using these tyres they've been great, handling corners better than other tyres I've previously used. They're good in the wet. The tyres have looked after me in their short life.

This set of boots on my car is great. However it does miss that 'je ne sais quoi' effect. I think it lacks that sportiness look like the S001 has. The response from the front wheels aren't very good; i think this is because of 205/50R17 and would prefer a wider tyre and stiffer walls, again this draws me back to the S001. In wet conditions, it clears the water quick and car remains stable, no aquaplaning noted. Overall, I rate this tyre highly but I would like to try the S001 next. So if any of you have those on, could do with some feedback....
