Tyre details: Hankook K107 is a summer tyre designed for medium and premium class passenger cars. The model is equipped with a modern asymmetric tread that performs very well on a wet surface. With the wide grooves, the tyre quickly disperses water from under the crown ply and helps maintain a full grip. Hankook K107 will particularly satisfy the lovers of fast and sporty drives, as during such a use the tyre presents the full spectrum of its capabilities.

The model ensures a high acoustic comfort due to the specially profiled tread the sounds emitted by the tyre are dampened very quickly, which results in a silent and comfortable drive. The tyre is made of a durable and light compound including silica, which features a high resistance to mechanical damage. The reduced structural weight helped to achieve a lower rolling resistance, which translates into reduced fuel consumption and, thus, cost savings. Additionally, the compound features a high resistance to extreme temperatures, so it offers the full performance even during a very fast drive. Traction stabilisation and a good lateral grip is provided by the robust blocks located in the tyre shoulders.

The modern structure guarantees better steering and optimum distribution of pressures at the entire surface of Hankook K107. As a result, the tread wears evenly and the tyre offers its full parameters throughout its life. The structure of Hankook K107 also contributes to an improved traction and helps maintain a correct driving track, and with its excellent grip your dynamic manoeuvres (such as a lane change or sharp braking) will always be safe.

Hankook is a Korean tyre manufacturer. The head office of the company founded in 1941 is located in Seoul. The brand is recognised for the supply of medium-class tyres that are manufactured based on the most advanced technologies. Hankook tyres are available in more than 170 countries worldwide.

Ventus S1 EVO K107 Reviews

Dont bother. decent dry grip but wet grip is a disaster. Came with my new Fiesta 1.4 diesel and in the rain it is unresponsive and it aqua-planes. had to change after just 10000km. Replaced by Continental Premium Contact 5 and they made a huge difference!!

I have switched to Hankook (run flats) after reading reviews for them on my car, I did have Bridgestone 050 rft. The Bridgestones had poor grip, breaking away with no warning and had serious tramlining feeling dangerous. Since getting the Hankooks they make the car feel as it should, both wet and dry performance is great, I will definately replace with the same when the time comes. I am so glad I did not wait for the old tyres to wear before replacing them!

These where fitted by the garage when i bought the car. Didn't like them at all, poor wet grip causing bad understeer in the damp. Wet braking was sketchy with the cars ABS and stability control working overtime. Dry grip isn't too bad until the price of them is considered. Road feel and feedback not too bad but the absolute worst was the wear.... 6000 or so miles and they were worn to the tread limit.
