The presented tyre is marked with 3PMSF symbol (Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake). It means that the tyre meets the EU requirements for winter tyres. The symbol is awarded after thorough tests of a tyre model in terms of snow grip.

The Yokohama W.drive V903 is a winter tyre which has been designed for the most discerning of drivers who value high performance, safety and comfort. This model belongs to our economy-class of tyres, which guarantees their excellent quality.

The Yokohama W.drive V903 model performs well during everyday winter weather, handling different surfaces such as snowy, icy, or mud-covered with ease. This tyre model has a directional tread pattern, which is the ideal solution for winter weather conditions. Thanks to its design, this model is conducive to maintaining safety in various road conditions. The grip on wet or mud-covered roads is excellent, and the tyres dry efficiently, which helps for better road contact and traction.

Users of the Yokohama W.drive V903 model appreciate the fact that even during longer or more intensive use, driving safety is enhanced by effective drainage. It protects against the dangers of aquaplaning and loss of control of the vehicle, especially on surfaces covered with compacted snow. Dense fins perfectly cling to the dry road, helping precise and dynamic cornering and lane changes. An additional advantage is that they also improve traction on roads covered with snow or ice.

Yokohama W.drive V903 is also recognized for its favorable fuel economy and environmental protection - thanks to low-rolling resistance which visibly reduces combustion. This tyre is developed for the most demanding of users who are looking for high performance, regardless of the price. The designers have optimized this model to make it fully functional, secure, and characterized by excellent features. In short, it is a great winter tyre, which delivers a precise, safe and comfortable ride.

Wdrive V903 Reviews

These are fitted to my wife's Toyota Aygo MMT and we have only recently tested them on icey roads. On a minor 60mph road with heavy frost -3 degrees at 7.30am they were a bit sketchy at 50mph on sweeping bends but never having used winter tyres before I didn't know what to expect. That said I assumed the car behind had summer tyres as he dropped back quickly. It all seemed a bit light on feedback but predictable as long as I kept speed down a bit. Driving in wet and dry have been fine with no noticeable difference from stock continentals. No noticeable wear so far.
