The Toyo Proxes CF2 is a premium-range summer tyre designed for passenger cars. It delivers outstanding drivability in any of the conditions that may be encountered from late spring through to early autumn,

as well as superb braking and handling on dry roads. It offers a high level of general driving comfort and reduced tyre noise inside the vehicle, as well as exceptionally low fuel consumption. The Toyo Proxes CF2 also performs well on dry roads.

Its main benefits include an attractive sporty appearance and low levels of tyre noise both inside and outside the vehicle. The Toyo Proxes CF2 delivers superb handling on both urban and country roads, including those in poor condition.

Thanks to the use of a durable compound enhanced with 100% silica, the tread wears slowly and continues to look like new even after many months of use. The Toyo Proxes CF2 features an asymmetric tread pattern and is divided into two sections designed to handle different conditions. The reduced rolling resistance also guarantees lower fuel consumption.

A high level of grip on dry days increases the driver's feeling of safety, whereas braking distances during rainy weather are also reduced significantly. The Toyo Proxes CF2 is the ideal choice for drivers who enjoy driving dynamically but also value safety and common sense, and also the perfect choice for vehicles with medium- and high-performance engines.

Toyo is a Japanese-owned manufacturer of premium-range tyres which maintains close ties with motor sports and plays an active role by sponsoring many different racing and tuning events. The experience it has built up in the field of motor sports allows it to manufacture extremely high-performance tyres. Toyo tyres first achieved popularity outside Japan in the USA, and later became a success in Europe. The company was founded in 1945 and is headquartered in Osaka.

Proxes CF2 Reviews

Fitted those a year ago, standard size for the Alfa 147 1.6 TS, they are amazing and excellent price / quality ratio, paid 300 Euros for a full set. No shortcomings noticed yet, braking, grip (wet & dry), feedback, comfort, these are the ones to go for.
After I changed the Conti's Premium 5 the rear of the car is more stable and great grip in all conditions. Great wear at corners after pushing the car. Quick response at corrections and precise braking! Buying again for sure.
These tyres came with my new car from a dealer. After 3rd season (now it is 5th season) I've noticed that Toyo rubber became very hard and brittle. Previously I used Nokian, Continental, Cooper and Michelin and never seen such hardening. Handling became worse too, you feel every bump on the road regardless of the tyre pressure. I still have 3mm left (5th season) but I consider poor wear anyway because of rubber material degradation. So, I do not recommend to buy Toyo tyres unless it is very cheap.
