Firestone Multihawk is a summer tyre designed to ensure a comfortable and smooth ride. Owners of middle class cars will be particularly pleased with its performance, as this type of tyre shows its full potential. The increased rigidity of the tyre tread blocks provides greater control over the car and a shorter braking distance on dry roads. A greater stiffness was achieved by reducing the number of sipes - in addition to better control and firmer driving, this feature also helps wearing more evenly. As a result, this model can be used for longer and offers a full performance in its life span.

Firestone Multihawk also provides an excellent performance in wet conditions. By the rounded shape of the blocks and the symmetrical tread pattern, the tyre achieves faster drainage and a better resistance to aquaplaning. A large area of the tyre contact patch and innovative tread design, stops the car from skidding, and the safety and comfort, are also improved. This model has modern three-dimensional shoulder connectors, which role is to further strengthen the rigidity of the blocks, maintain adequate resistance to aquaplaning and protect the tyres from uneven wearing. The connectors, in addition to a number of advantages, also have an aesthetic function - the tyre looks modern and dynamic. The creators of Firestone Multihawk also focused on improving the volume ratio of the voids to the full tread elements, which equilibrated the performance on dry and wet surfaces and normalised the pressure distribution of the tyre on the ground.

Information about manufacturer: Firestone is a brand owned by Bridgestone - the largest company in the world producing tyres and rubber products. Firestone originates from USA and has been established since 1900. The company quickly gained popularity in the market and drivers’ trust. This was due to the fact that it was the main supplier of tyres for the Ford Motor Company. Currently, the brand produces tyres for passenger cars, agricultural machinery, lorries and vans.

Multihawk Reviews

Fitted 2 Multihawks to the front of the car 2 years ago and they have covered 25000 miles and whilst still legal are due to be changed. Even although i have an old car good rubber is important and despite being a little noisy the Firestones have been very good tyres whether in the wet, dry, snow and ice they always performed well. So i will definitely be purchasing them again as the price is very good on the wallet.
very good tyres for my small car.
Very cheap, yet good handling and little wear. Impressive on my wifes Grande Punto for balance price- quality.
