Excellent service from initial contact with the office sales team, right  through to the fitter sending me timely texts / calls to advise his ETA on my driveway, advising whether the wheel had been damaged and showing me that the wheel nuts had been tightened with the correct torque setting.  A quick check of the new tyre pressures showed that one of the new valves was faulty but, this was swapped out rapidly and with no fuss.   A professional transaction from start to finish – fully customer focused.
